Numbers · SMS · RCS · Calls
Get yourself verified to use RCS, local and mobile numbers, SMS senders and Branded Calls in one go on meiti
Phone numbers and senders in Germany require proof of your business. Instead of filling in PDFs and hunting for files, our verification walks you through everything Twilio, Google and the networks ask for, step by step. Every detail once, everything signed once.
What it unlocks
- Port your existing landline: your known number moves to meiti.
- New local number: a number with your area code, where available.
- Mobile number and SMS sender: two-way SMS, optionally with your company name as sender.
- RCS: messages with your logo, brand colour and a verified business profile.
- Branded Calls: your company name on the callee's phone.
How it works
- Pick what you want to set up. Each option explains what it is good for, what we need, how long it takes and where your data is processed.
- Fill in the details and upload your documents. The page checks files instantly and produces logo and banner in the right format.
- Forms Twilio wants signed separately (such as the porting authorisation) are filled in for you. You sign them and upload them again.
- You sign the meiti order in exactly one place and send everything to meiti with one click.
Best on a laptop, with your personal link.
You'll find it in the meiti app under Settings → Compliance data, where you can also send it to yourself or your office. With the link, details we already know are prefilled and your documents go straight into your company's folder. Use the same way later to submit changes or request new numbers.

Until you send at the end, your details stay on your device. The page is in German because it is for businesses based in Germany.
