meiti creates new contacts in HERO automatically. Existing contacts are linked and updated.

How it works

meiti talks to your account through the official HERO API: meiti app ↔ HERO API ↔ HERO Software. The connection is encrypted and your credentials are stored securely.

Setup

Create a HERO API key: sign in to HERO and create a new API key under Settings → API.
Open the CRM settings in meiti: Settings → Setup & operations → Connected systems → CRM & business software.
Choose HERO and paste your HERO API key.
Test it: open an enquiry, choose “Overview” and sync the data in the “CRM sync” area — then check HERO.

Use it with automations

Combine the HERO integration with your meiti automations, for example:

When an enquiry is complete: create the contact and project in HERO automatically.
When an appointment is confirmed: update the project status in HERO.
After a conversation: send the summary to HERO.
